Terms of service
For art commissions, please keep credits to me and do not edit out my signature.
For adopts and customs, please keep designer credit to me. You may gift it or give it away, but do not resell for more than what you bought it for. The only exception being that you have added art for the design, in which case you may sell it for the price you bought it at + total amount of art added.
Commercial rights for adopts and art commissions come at an additional fee. Please discuss it with me first.
For Live2D rigs, there is a chance I will stream it on Twitch. If you do not want me to stream it, please tell me beforehand.
Progress for Live2D rigs will be given every milestone, or when asked. At this time, I cannot do rigs for models on a deadline, so please do not ask me or rush me.
Revisions for rigs do not come at any extra cost up to a certain point. Please do not abuse my kindness. After that point, major revisions will cost 5% of the total invoice, and minor revisions cost 2% of the total invoice.
Down payments of at least half (50%) of the total invoice must be made upon agreement of work. No refunds will be given unless I myself cannot complete the work, or any other situation comes up that will justify a refund.
Please be sure of what details and features are needed in the rigs before making the down payment. Any changes after that will greatly inconvenience me and only serve to confuse me.
Any features added after an agreement was made will be added on to the existing invoice at full price.

I am always available to contact for an upgrade in the rig even after I have finished the initial rig. I would prefer if you contacted me first for it instead of frankensteining the rig with someone else.
DO NOT CLAIM MY WORK AS YOUR OWN.
If you are caught breaking my terms, you will be blacklisted. Do not try to circumvent it by having a middleman or asking friends to order for you. They will be blacklisted as well.
